We have two groups for this camp – Novice Female and Mixed Intermediate.

NOVICE FEMALE CYCLISTS and DUATHLETES, 18+

WHO ARE YOU?

Some experience of riding on the road and in groups, but still lacking confidence in your own ability. Limited knowledge of bike handling skills but keen to improve and build on volume, to either simply improve your group riding opportunities or start taking part in events.

New to the sport of Duathlon.

Why would you join TRI50?

To find your cycling legs again after the winter and ride with like-minded female cyclists in a supportive and nurturing fully coached  environment on quiet and smooth roads, in the warmth of Lanzarote. Sandra and Jo, our two highly experienced  L3 female coaches, will be with you every step of the way, with support from Ted and Stefan.

Sandra and Jo will help you dig deeper than you thought possible while their expert coaching will take you out of your comfort zone and  help you develop your bike skills to make you a confident and accomplished cyclist.  Have fun and make friends – Tri50 is reknowned for making you welcome and for long term friendships post camp.   Budding duathletes get the opportunity to improve their run technique and learn and practice skills needed for a fast and efficient T1 and T2.

MIXED INTERMEDIATE CYCLISTS and DUATHLETES, 18+

WHO ARE YOU?

Experienced group cyclists and duathletes who would like to brush up on their handling skills and put some miles in the tank after the British winter and find their mojo….. (minimum requirements:  long ride pace of 15-16mph approx./ ability to ride around 50k non-stop and up to 80-100k with stops, with occasional strong winds)

Why would you join TRI50?

To find your cycling legs again after the winter, hone your bike handling skills and ride with like-minded cyclists over the smooth roads and challenging terrain of Lanzarote. Stefan and Ted will mingle with Jo and Sandra to provide 2 coaches for each group, at all times, and both groups will come together for the workshops and for socialising in the evenings.

Duathletes can practice and improve their transition skills while getting in a couple of challenging brick sessions.
